Holden Graham Cammack

Associate Attorney

Holden Graham Cammack is a trial attorney involved in a wide range of general civil and criminal litigation throughout the State of Alabama. Since joining Funderburk Law Group in 2023, Holden’s role has consisted of first and second chairing trials, motion practice, mediation, discovery planning, and settlement negotiations throughout the State. Areas of practice include criminal defense, domestic, and civil litigation.

Holden is a 5th generation Texan, born and raised in Colleyville, Texas. He graduated from Grapevine Senior High School in Grapevine, Texas.

Upon graduating high school, Holden received a baseball scholarship to attend Blinn College in Brenham, Texas, as a catcher. At Blinn College, Holden was selected to the Texas-New Mexico Junior College All-Star Team, named an Academic All-American by the Region 14 NJCAA Conference, selected to the Academic Honor Roll all four semesters, and was a member of the Sigma Kappa Delta and Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Societies. Holden then played Division I baseball as a catcher at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina. At Coastal, Holden was named to the Dean’s List in his two semesters at the University before playing baseball at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as a catcher/pitcher.

Holden graduated from Oral Roberts University Cum Laude in May 2016 after being named to the Dean’s List all four semesters, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in humanities and was shortly thereafter Drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 16th Round (Pick 494) of the 2016 Major League Baseball Draft as a right-handed pitcher.

Upon completing his baseball career, Holden attended law school at Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, in Dallas, Texas, after being awarded the Dean’s Recipient Scholarship. While in law school, Holden worked as a law clerk in Fort Worth, Texas, under the prominent Dallas-Fort Worth sports and entertainment attorney Christian Dennie.

After graduating from SMU and passing the bar, Holden began his legal career prosecuting criminal offenses as a Deputy District Attorney under the Honorable District Attorney Daryl Bailey of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Montgomery, Alabama District Attorney’s Office. Holden is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Texas.

In his off-time, Holden enjoys volunteering as an assistant baseball coach for Southern Union Community College in Wadley, Alabama. He and his family reside in Auburn, Alabama, where they are members of Auburn Community Church.
